Lorenzo GThere are several drop off places within a mile radius. I walked in and told the lady who I was, she checked and told me this was the right place. Told her about any issues I had with the trailer, signed more paperwork and gave address for mailing of deposit check because I paid with cash. Was told where to drop trailer and that's what I did. Very knowledgeable and friendly lady at the drop-off.
Andrew KTruck had dog hair everywhere. Fuel level was empty but paperwork stated 1/4. Rear door would not open. I had to drive the truck to mechanic but could not repair. Lady behind counter was alone at gas station and it took awhile to just get the keys because customers were waiting to pay for gas food etc.
Kenneth VThat location had the trailer I wanted so I went there. Computer/internet was very slow so picking up and turning in took 30-45min each. Don’t go if in a rush.
Brenton WThe air conditioning did not work in the truck, we had to make a 16 hour in mid august heat with no AC. After spending 2 grand on a rental truck you would at least expect the AC to be work. And the seat cushion was worn down so you had to sit crooked while driving. Very uncomfortable and unfortunate experience.

Samuel FThe lights( blinkers, break lights) would not work on the trailer. The girl called a manager who did not answer her call. There was no option to trade out. We had to use the trailer with the lights not working.
BRANDON HIt took an hour for the attendant to process our order: an hour.
CHRISTOPHER AThe only option given to me was to drive a truck with a check engine light on. A new option is needed replace the truck and maintain the vehicles you have.

Dareyun BLast minute break down having to rent a vehicle transport trailer was easily available. Pick up was a breeze and upon returning had to change our location drop off destination simply by calling. Very very please with prices as well. Thanks UHAUL
Cody AIf a customer arrives at a uhaul location for pickup, and the agent hooks the trailer to your vehicle, YOU would expect the same Disconnect service at the drop off location. I think uhaul web/internet drop off requirements are a horrible idea. Especially for renters who can't lift and disconnect the trailer's. Or have internet connection. I had to pay 2 gentlemen 25.00 to disconnect the trailer and park it in a space. Unbelievable and unsatisfactory.

Robert WEmployees still in training. Main business is a convenience store with U-Haul secondary. Main person doing U-Haul hours are not 8 to 5 and she works 7 days a week. Staff was very friendly
jim cThis was not the location I dropped my unit off at. I actually dropped it off at the Anacoco, Louisisana location. Not sure why the Leesville location is showing up unless the Anacoco location is a satellite location of the Leesville location.
Mark SThe guy did not hook up my trailer right! When I got to my destination I found out the trailer wasn't even connected! I could have been in a huge accident had it come off. I will never rent through uhaul again!

carla bI had a confirmation number for a truck in Alexandria, LA but it fell through for some reason. Had to drive 75 miles one way to Ft Polk location to pick the truck up. Ft Polk location was wonderful.

LINUS TWaited long time in convenience store while clerk waited on store/gasoline customers during which time she went back and forth to entering my information on application (I had pre-reserved this trailer!), print out was not legible - clerk had no knowledge of trailer use
