The only option given to me was to drive a truck with a check engine light on. A new option is needed replace the truck and maintain the vehicles you have.Damon H.

Last minute break down having to rent a vehicle transport trailer was easily available. Pick up was a breeze and upon returning had to change our location drop off destination simply by calling. Very very please with prices as well. Thanks UHAULCody A.
If a customer arrives at a uhaul location for pickup, and the agent hooks the trailer to your vehicle, YOU would expect the same Disconnect service at the drop off location. I think uhaul web/internet drop off requirements are a horrible idea. Especially for renters who can't lift and disconnect the trailer's. Or have internet connection. I had to pay 2 gentlemen 25.00 to disconnect the trailer and park it in a space. Unbelievable and unsatisfactory.Eric F.

Employees still in training. Main business is a convenience store with U-Haul secondary. Main person doing U-Haul hours are not 8 to 5 and she works 7 days a week. Staff was very friendlyjim C.
This was not the location I dropped my unit off at. I actually dropped it off at the Anacoco, Louisisana location. Not sure why the Leesville location is showing up unless the Anacoco location is a satellite location of the Leesville location.Mark S.

I had a confirmation number for a truck in Alexandria, LA but it fell through for some reason. Had to drive 75 miles one way to Ft Polk location to pick the truck up. Ft Polk location was wonderful.Bickey Q.

We experienced a blowout on the front driver's side. EverythIng that could possibly be done for us as seniors was done to make us comfortable & to meet our previous obligations. In the uhaul I rented it REALLY needed an alignment. The breaks were jumpy and it's not comfortable for someone who is 6' tall. Thankfully it was only a local move. Driving approximately 5miles to each destination I was terrified while driving this vehicle. The location I rented it from was amazing and I go there everytime I need a uhaul. Trailer area was extremely difficult to navigate. Everything was so closely packed together. The trailer I used was dirty and parts (chain hookups) were completely unusable. On a good note... the attendant was very helpful. He helped hook everything up and walked me through the paperwork easily. But overall, the parking lot was too small, and the equipment was not very well maintained.Jeremy M.

I was told that I could return this trailer at another location. When I arrived there I was told no, I had to take it back to Leesville. Since I was late I was charged for another day. But when I rented the trailer the woman said I could drop it off at an alternate location. I'll never go back to that site again.JOHN G.
Lights on trailer did not work. They then had my son to follow tem in the U-Haul truck too a shop to work on the lights. Took the shop over four hour to find and fixed the lights. Truck was not clean when my son picked it up and had to waite for them to clean it. Donot schedule anyone else to pick their truck up from this location.JERRIE C.

I have rented u haul trailers many times, and have always had a good experience. This past rental was terrible. It took almost 45 minutes just to rent the trailer, on account the clerk kept walking to assist other customers in the middle of my transaction. The did not inspect the trailer prior to me renting it and it was filled with trash. The trailer was also backed up in a Corner with another trailer parked in front of it, which I had to move. Once I brought the trailer back, they tried to tell me it was late and was going to be charged a late fee. It was 24 hour rental and only used for approximately 6 hours. I had to point out the date and time multiple times before they agreed it wasn't late. Overall it was a poor experience, which is unfortunate because all of my previous experiences have good.CHRISTOPHER C.

The guy at Polk Express was rude and trying to get more money out of us because he saw that my husband was in the military. He was disrespectful and tried to overcharge us, saying our truck was supposed to be delivered at 9am, when our reservation said 10:30am. He kept arguing with us and even AFTER I called customer service to confirm my time, he still gave us attitude and attempted to charge us extra. I broken down with a flat tire which was a redcap tire and i set side the road for 2 hour before help came and the A C quit working in the truck i set in 90 degree heat on I 12 & 1 10 AC DIDN'T START BACK UP UNTIL I HIT FLA. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL.HARRIETTE Y.
I was issued a car dolly that was defective, the person that issued the dolly to me did not come to my vehicle to assist with the attachment nor did they even know the status of the equipment. I have rented car dollies before and the attendant came out to insure proper hook up and to brief me on the proper use of the equipment. This did not happen on this particular occasion and the dolly I was issued had a ramp (on the passenger side) that had no stop on it, so when the front wheel drive vehicle I attempted to load on it pulled the ramp out and fell off the dolly, causing damage to the vehicle. Now I am attempting to file a claim with U-Haul to get the damage repaired. I was offered the insurance however the full coverage was not explained to me.GILBERT M.

Vehicle stopped on me. Oil level was extremely low, power steering went out. It was a very dangerous and difficult move utilizing that particular u haul truck. A definite traumatizing experience. Please perform more maintenance it's very important to protect the customer as well as the Equipment. A full refund is necessary do to extreme measures one had to endure.JERMAINE S.

I have moved cross country 5 times. I have moved a total of 15 times. This is the best experience I have ever had. I will recommend to anyone that will be moving to go to the polk express branch of uhaul!Deedra M.
Truck was not maintained properly, I got a flat tire en route to my destination. The transmission would not catch all the time. No one inspected my car for the tow dolly which resulted in me having to figure it out myself And the tire straps slipping off two timesJAKE C.
i paid for 5 days and I only used 3. Why can't you refund me for the days I'm not using it! I got charged for nothing! It's a rip off! Next time Pay for a day and keep it for a week!
