The truck that I was issued on 04-17 -2026 was very dirty on the inside and smelled like "weed".I made the attendant aware of this so that I would be held liable for a dirty truck.He told me that truck usually doesn't get rented out and that he was aware of its condition.When I returned the truck on 04-18-2026 there was a couple there waiting to rent a truck so he rushed me thru the vehicle returning process and sent the truck right back out with the new customers and didn't address the issues that I brought to his attention.Im very disappointed with my service and the condition of truck.

DEANGELO Ji return the truck and cleaned back out i was told i have to clean out the dirt off the floor mats and was handed a broom , i didnt leave a crazy mess. but he was threaten to add a fee on top. never rented any car that i had to detail it before returning it

HAROLD CUHaul main office rescheduled me to a different location that closed at 5:00 when I put my reservation in for 7:00 p.m.. I was told that location didn't have the trailer I needed. I told him I didn't need it for another week and a half. I just can't believe my reservation was moved at a time when I would not be in town. No improvements needed for the location I picked up from. They were great
Ezra SThis Pop Mart was awful! They rented the worst truck that had a transfmission leak to my daughter who ended up breaking down in the middle of no where. I would not recommend this place to rent from. I do want to say that U-haul was wonderful with their effort in getting this issued resolved and helping her the best and the quickest that they could. Nothing but good things to say about U-haul. Just please take this Pop Mart off your rental locations!

DEANGELO JYou can continue using this location for U-Haul rentals. The attendant was very courteous. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in the entire process. He had a great attitude and was very professional w/o being snooty. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to rent from U-Haul.
Gary PRight rear tire on van was low on air causing TPMS light to be illuminated on dash. Van had a little over 34k miles on it and had a check engine light on also. The ebrake handle bracket was bent sideways under dash. Windshield was in dire need of cleaning something was all over windshield making it hard to see in direct sunlight. No windshield washer fluid in reservoir making it impossible to determine if it was on inside of the windshield or the outside. When engine is cold it runs at about 80psi of oil pressure but after 30 minutes of operation the oil pressure does good to hold at 50psi of oil pressure at 60 mph. At idle warmed up engine hovers around 30-35psi of oil pressure.

But Savannah Georgia no go.Had a trailer hitch put on in Savannah Georgia on my car very unprofessional rudd the tech killed my battery and wanted me to spend the night there. The manager was listening to videos on her phone with a lot of profanity. Will never go back there again.

DeAngelo JThis van was just being returned when I picked it up. It was filthy by on the inside of the driving area! I’ve rented countless vehicles but never one so nasty in the cabin. I took spray cleaner and cleaned the interior myself.
