Because of a detour we ended up going over our allowed miles by 2.8 miles and was charged, but we left almost a quarter of a tank of gas more than when we picked it up and was not allowed anything for that. I feel like one should have offset the other.

We were not thrilled that we called because we were a little late getting the truck back and they charged us for a whole extra day. Also we had to wait for 25 minutes when we went to pick the truck up because it was late being returnedwhat should have gotten us extra time because the truck wasn't available at 9 a.m. like it was supposed to be. But we got penalized by paying a whole extra day. It would be nice if Uhaul explained when you're using the truck for local and you need more than one day that you try that up front or pay that up front because it's cheaper than adding on days.

Used this location for drop off / return on multiple occasions. Mr. Patel is very helpful and friendly. Easy in and out, has availability of gas if needed and clean facility. Excellent representative for U-Haul. Would highly recommend.

The only suggestion I would have is the u haul company should replace tires more often. Our trailer tires were almost bald. Also a tongue jack would be very helpful especially when you disconnect alone.

This location asked that we hook up our own trailer. It was a heavy 6x12 and we were two ladies. We knew what we were doing, but it wasn't easy. We towed this trailer ~1000 miles. Upon arrival we noticed the front two tires were bald and the blinkers stopped working along the way. Check your own equip. They sure hadn't.

Owner was very nice. Due to the size of the truck it took a lot more gas than we expected because the size we needed was not available. As a matter of fact there was no 15, 17 or 20 available in my area.

The location as a whole is the perfect location for this type of service, but the venue needs to be upgraded. The service provider did their job and was very professional. If I need to move something again I will more than likely go to this location because the trucks at this location seems to be in better condition than the uhaul place on 301. The service was also better than the hwy 301 location

He charge me 112 dollars for the uhaul then at the end of my service my charges was 96 and change. He charge me the 96 and was going to refund the 112 but after I left his place I was refunded the 96 and charge me the 112. I will never return and just cut my losses.

He did not come out and hook up the trailer for me, as I had another dealer tell me they were supposed to do. He gave me the instruction booklet, and I went outside by myself with it and my flashlight on my phone to hook it up myself. He also did not even look at it when I turned it back in. I would never recommend anyone to rent from this location and I certainly won't rent from there ever again.

I wish I was asked to rate the place I went before finding Pop Mart. It was located on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville NC. That is a horrible location and I am reporting them to the Better Business bureau, NC DMV, and notifying military authorities about their business practices. Totally illegal activity. Terrible customer service.

The guy kept asking me if I neede quilts I kept telling him no. And on my final bill he charged me for using them anyway and I didn't touch them. Then I told him it would be late nite when I brought it back but I'd try to find somewhere open to put gas back in he tolls me no worry that he put gas in it when he opened. He put 12 dollars gas in it and then charged me an extra 30 dollars to do it. Crooked

The original p/u changed the morning of to a location forty miles away. Then after receiving the truck 7 miles down the road we had to turn around because the alignment on truck was so bad to the point of being to dangerous to even drive. Concern for our safety because the drive to our destination was about three hours away. Upon returning the vehicle, the location chosen for drop off was actually not a running establishment which made me late returning the vehicle. Obvious reasons were I had to find a location that would let me return the U-Haul truck. The drop off location then charged me for an extra day for being 8 minutes late. I don't know if this is standard procedure, but I called to get it resolved. When doing so I was told a refund couldn't be processed until the issue had been submitted for review. Then I may or may not get the funds returned, this is completely unacceptable after the constant issues in regard to renting with U-Haul.

The location in Dunn was GREAT! It was the series of events that lead us to Dunn that caused stress and headache. We called to make a reservation and set that over the phone with the operator, I received the email confirmation that said my reservation was set at UHAUL MOVING AND STORAGE AT COLISEUM, this was fine. My husband and I left Raeford, NC with a borrowed DIESEL truck only to arrive at the location and get told that our reservation has been moved to a location in Raeford, which is the town that I just drove 25 miles FROM to get to the original location. However, my husband and I load our 4 year old back into this jacked up 2500 Dodge Ram and drive 25 miles back to Raeford to pick up an auto transport trailer only to the the location that we were assured would be open CLOSED until Monday, this was Saturday at 1:45 PM. We call back into the Uhaul call center and try desperately to locate this trailer because we have an agenda that we are already behind on and NONE can be located in the area. My husband then decides to call Pop Mart in Dunn luckily they have one! So once again we load into this huge pickup and drive 30+ miles to pick up the trailer. After losing nearly 4 hours of our day we were able to transport the vehicle that we needed and return the trailer and truck, finally arriving home after 1:00 am. It was also very inconvenient that there is no direct line to speak to a local representative.

I rented two trailers in two days and both times the operators could not get the card reader to work properly. I tried to decline the insurance and the system would not allow. Don’t know if it is a training issue or what but it was frustrating for both sites. The operators were very nice and helpful.
