What made this trip especially hard was the only representative for doing in store key pick up could not be there before 2 pm. I was on the phone for over an hour with a representative from U-Haul, and they did an excellent job getting me a new vehicle rental for the same price as the previous. Mo from the phone was incredible. While the location could have been better, the phone service was amazing.

The truck was great and nearly brand new. There is nobody inside the location to help with a truck rental. The pick up and drop off had to be online and there is extremely poor phone reception that consumed a great deal of time.

Worst UHaul location ever. Truck was empty on gas and all rented items were not in the back. Owner was the exact opposite of helpful. Cell phone dead area so app doesn’t work well there.

The location and set up was fine, it’s just that there is very poor cell coverage there and U-Haul has you take and upload a lot of pictures through the check in and check out process and it takes a very long time for these pictures to upload.

Truck was not checked in properly before rental, as admitted by location. mileage was incorrect. Was told gas was at 3/4 but when I picked it up gas was at 1/2. Location didn’t care when I told them about this. Truck needed an alignment and brakes pulsated terribly. Ratcheting mechanism on trailer straps was almost unusable. Location also didn’t dispatch trailer until I had already dropped the equipment off. Very bad experience very unsatisfied for price of rental.
