You all need to fully explain to customers what they haft to pay for. It was a misunderstanding from the time I made it to pick up the uhaul. When I called on the phone to rent the uhaul I asked first hand did they accept cash app they told me yes. I was then asked to put my card on file to place a hold. When I got to the location to get my uhaul I was told that my card information was never put in file and that since I had a prepaid card I had to pay a hundred dollar deposit to make sure that if I went over the milage it would take out $1.19 per mile I only went 7 miles over. I was not aware that I had to replace the gas from me going over due to me paying the 100$ deposit. Since when 7 miles over is 21 gallons of gas. Now that I’m calling asking questions the hundred dollar deposit they’re saying is because my card was prepaid. You all don’t haft to worry about me renting from you ever again. If I would have been told the correct information about my card during making the rental it would have never been a misunderstanding. I could have found a way to pay from a bank card .

CURTIS RMake sure the truck is not infested with cockroaches before lending it out again. I had to use a can and a half of roach spray and spend two hours cleaning the truck before I could load.

JONATHAN DOur issue was with Uhaul reservations. Somehow our reservation was 'mishandled' and when we arrived for our truck the reservation was not in the system. She had the truck and had to re-entwr the entire reservation again that morning. We never got a confirmation or invoice at time of the reservation or after. The agent from the satellite location double checked the email address on file and it was correct. At drop-off we still had no email for the confirmation so I gave my email address and it was finally received. Not sure what the issue was but it was stressful not knowing if we would have a truck that day. Uhaul can and should do better.
