Kayla SI booked over a month in advance and was called later that day to confirm and was told the 10 ft was not available but a 15 ft would be. Thats fine, the afternoon before pick up I get a call nothing available at my location I needed to drive 30 minutes out of the way and only a large 26 ft available. So inconvenient, location of pick up and staff amazing uhaul as a company terrible, of course I get charged the extra miles I had to drive.I
