Personnel wasn't there and did not have a return time. I was charged a cleaning fee despite being given the uhaul with dirt and leaves in the back of it. I feel it would have been beneficial to talk to someone since there is apparently a huge difference in cleanliness standards based on where you get/drop off the uhaul.Christina M.

Improve he "Return Truck" check in having to use Cell Phone!! This is NOT a friendly or easy way to return truck!! I only use my cell phone for Talk and Text. Hoping Corp. will come up with a much "user friendly" method. Everything else was a great experience.Bette B.

I got a 6 Ã— 12 enclosed! Got there to pick it up and the trailer toung was on the ground with no jack under it to raise it up! Had to try to lift it up and put on my hitch!! Also there was no ramp to be ableto push anything up into it! And there was only 3 little tiny, tiny, D rings on the floor which wouldn't hold any kind of weight!! Like my tool box that I needed to put in there! So I couldn't even use the trailer and lost $40!! Live and learn I guess!!!Donald L.

Check in for online return would not work. When I went to office to talk to someone. It was closed during hours of operation. After I left someone received the truck and charged a bullshit sweeping fee. It had been swept, My guess is everyone that doesn't see a person during return gets changed the fee,eric E.

They say don't worry we will contact you and never keep there word nothing I was told was followed through by the employees!! They will scam you to take as much as possible!! The vehicle had a severe shimmy in the front end and had steering wheel play of at least 5 inches. These combined to make driving a very difficult and unpleasant task. This vehicle should have a safety check of the steering system as soon as possible.Wallace W.
The $19 per day was a bit misleading due to the insurance requirement. My bill with very little mileage came to $49. I also have AAA auto insurance, which already covered me.Robert L.

I'm concerned that the vehicle got ~6 miles to a gallon. I expected low MPG on a large 20' truck, but 6MPG seems low... my expectations would be around 10 MPG. You might want to consider a tune up.Marc M.

The steering was horrible but I said nothing. The problem is that I stopped at the lake to set my sister's ashes and overlooked leaving some sand in the cab. Was charged 30 extra dollars. I only had the truck for 3 hours and came in under 60 miles and this cost me $152.00, I will never use U-haul again. I will rent elsewhere.JOHN G.

The whole process from start to finish was a nightmare, I even had a customer service person on the phone who could not help me, then they decided to give up on the situation and transferred me where I was put on hold for 30 minutes, the whole process was 1-1/2 hours just to get in the van, I ended up figuring it out by mistake, I would like for someone to call me.STEVE C.
Returned truck With foot prints from getting in and out in the rain some slight dirt to show foot print hardly worth being charged extra$25 dollars and Upon returning it I ask if there was anything i need to do lady said just make sure u filled it up nothing about wiping foot prints off that would only took 2 min .lol Very Dis satisfying . and thenm another employee wanted to argue that we tell everyone that and we send text mesaages to clean I have proof No message came to return clean clean or I would took the second to wipe it off . lmao F this place will never renmt from this location again and everyone I know will know not to come here aswell and I Know alot of damn people..DAVID C.
This experience was horrible. We tried to follow the contract. Because we could not meet face to face, the phone aspect was really difficult. We used 11 miles and the gas gauge barely moved. We were charged a 30.00 fill up fee to put 1.3 gallons in. We will never use Uhaul again. A refund of the 30.00 would be nice.MIchael R.

Work on your website to reserve a truck. The website showed I had a van reserved, and when I got there it wasn't. Instead I got a bigger truck I really didn't need, and it cost more. This is not fair to customers.Terry R.
