There was an extra charge? The truck was turned in on time. I called 1 800 haul. A lady told me I was all set. WHY IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE?

chris cDidn’t give me a choice for the 15 dollar insurance fee. I tried using the Fort Gratiot location, had to do it by phone , too complicated for a 75 yr old man, gave up.
