I dont know where to put this comment because I dont know the cause - my pickup and drop off were changed from what I entered and had confirmed. I was only contacted and consented regarding the pick-up. I was never contacted about consenting to the drop off change. When I contacted Uhaul - I did get a resolution. The changes were frustrating and confusing.

The location was fine-if was more of a disconnect with ordering online. The rental was not available at the store we were supposed to pick it up from. We had to go to another store and wait for it to open setting us back an hour.
