Absolutely nothing! Miss Holly was very sweet. She heard the urgency in my voice and assisted me right away. She was direct and honest, and explained things to me very simplistically.

Eric PWe requested 3 dollies, only received one dolly but was charged for a second one that we never received. We had to pay 120.00 for a dolly that we do not have, nor need. We filed a complaint as well as called the pick up location but have still not had any response.
Cheryl BThe interior had dog hair, candy wrappers on the floor. The box had a smell of dog shit. However we only needed the truck for approximately 5 miles and the furniture was not in the cargo box very long so these issues did not affect our use, however we made the local office aware of the issues at drop off.
Kenneth PThey are only open on Monday and Tuesday. I arrived on a Wednesday. There was a note on the door to call. I did and only got a voice mail. I left the trailer without assurance that it was safe and would not be taken and then I would be liable for it. I took pictures for safeguarding. Later on in the day I received an email saying that it was received and everything was okay. A phone call would have been nice. I certainly do not like there set up and would not use them or recommend them to others.

We received the site location late, it was an hour away from the site we anticipated we would be picking up the truch, the time available to pick up the truck was delayed, and we were not aware of the app system to get the keys to the truck. This POOR rating is not site related but rather the UHAUL Co.

Daniel MAfter getting to my original pickup location, reservation I booked over the phone, I was told the location did not rent trailers. That location called Uhaul and they told me a trailer was available at this location. After driving the 30 miles to the location, I was told they didn't have a trailer for me. I had to call Uhaul and they had to speak to the person before she would rent me the trailer. She was not a pleasant person to deal with.
Terry WHolly was so helpful. I was having trouble checking in with the app and she patiently helped me on her day off. I will use them again.
Peggy CTimeliness. The individual, while kind, was late to her business which pushed me back an hour throwing off my schedule in the morning. Everything worked out but it would had been better if I could have stuck to my original time.

Shirley HHolly at Porter Painting who has the UHaul dealership, went above and beyond in making my rental was taken care of. Even when I realized I was going to be later than planned she made my late return easy.
Greg CGreat customer service and great to do business with. Not the owner or dealers' fault but the trailer had a bad tire and caused much delay and inconvenience. U-Haul needs to take better care of their equipment.
John WThe truck had not been swept and was dirty. The truck needed the tires rebalanced. If the truck is returned dirty and you charge extra, somebody still needs to clean the truck.
