This location is wonderful. The agent went well above and beyond. She was able to get me equipment when the area fail all around. This was the worst dealings I have ever had with Uhaul. Extremely disappointed. I was to pickup my equipment at porter paint at 2:30pm Sunday.. at 9;00am I was told it was ready to pickup in Live Oak, FL. A 100 miles away. No compassion , or sympathy, just that . After two other offices and empty promises. Porter paint said they would try to get it. By 6:00pm I had my truck and trailer. By 7:00pm I was stuck with a dead battery. By 10:00pm two idiots without the correct tools put a new battery in.
Richard HDropped off the trailer when it was supposed to be back, but was charged for an extra day and am still trying to get refunded. Holly and I have text about this and she still hasn't refunded me. Have tried several times, now it's time to dispute the charge on my credit card.
Duane KHolley is always kind and helpful with every rental I have had. Great Service. Thankful they are in Crawfordville Fl. Will definitely use again.
Melissa JHolly was great to work with. She was helpful with the checking out process and allowing me to adjust time for pickup. I will be using UHaul this weekend again. Thank you for providing this to our community .
