The representative that took care of my rental was slow, and after we started the process - she continued to leave the area to serve other customers that came in after for at least 4 different times. If it weren't that I was really in need of the truck, I would have gone to another organization to rent my moving truck.David L.
I did not understand my total daily rental cost for example blankets are $5.00 per day not $5.00 for the entire rental contract of 3 days. The self return was convenient but I had no idea what to do with the keys and almost took them home out of concern for the trucks security. Also, there really needs to be more lighting in the drop off/pick up location (right hand side of building is pitch black). Lastly, the women who helped me did an outstanding job at helping myself and the Christmas mail custmers. She was very professional and answered my questions easily. Wish I knew her name but it was the best U-Haul experience to date. I had been at the by 1 street location and it was poor at best. Employee was constantly complaining about the company and the customer's and was overwhelmed by how much there was to do...it did look like he could use another closer employee at night.Michael E.

The dolly I requested was not available, despite the location requesting a dolly from corporate for the past couple months. I recommened that U Haul corporate supply their locations with sufficient equipment, in order to meet their customers needs. Thank you.Shannon F.

There was a guy working alone. He wasn't sure how to use the system to check in a rental. His coworker was called in and she immediately came down to help. The young man had exceptional customer service and was actually kind the whole time (to each customer). He helped unload my car and that's when we saw the tires weren't strapped at all. Anyway, had a great experience with that employee.Linai P.
