Truck was on empty (was worried I wouldn’t make it to the gas station). Truck interior was clean but the container was nasty. It was my first time doing everything over a cell phone so I missed the personal service like in the past. In any case it’s probably an age thing with me. I’m glad I had a younger person with me because I figured I would just return the truck and leave the key in the Dropbox. Luckily he said I had to upload photos and return it online. I would have never guessed it was that much trouble but it worked out. Thanks

When I showed up at the vape shop to pick up my truck it was not there. I was sent across town to another place to get a truck and all they had was one that was much larger than what I needed. This large truck would not be able to get up my driveway at the location of my new house. I was forced to rent a storage unit to put my stuff in because I couldn't get the big truck in my driveway. This was a disaster and I will never ever use U-Haul again.

The drop off location was a joke no signs or indications on where there at. Didn’t make any sense place looked abandoned

UHaul was not stocked with the dollys OR the furniture pads that I selected and paid for. This caused us to have to go spend our own money (almost $80 on something that SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED). We also had to unbox all our packed blankets and sheets to try and use those as makeshift furniture pads to attempt to prevent the furniture from bumping and scratching.
