Was overcharged on the return dropped the truck off Sunday at 10:03 AM drop off location. Tried to say that I did not drop it off until Monday at lunch filed a report through U-Haul, letting them know that the overcharge is fraudulent
DALE HTruck was on empty (was worried I wouldn’t make it to the gas station). Truck interior was clean but the container was nasty. It was my first time doing everything over a cell phone so I missed the personal service like in the past. In any case it’s probably an age thing with me. I’m glad I had a younger person with me because I figured I would just return the truck and leave the key in the Dropbox. Luckily he said I had to upload photos and return it online. I would have never guessed it was that much trouble but it worked out. Thanks

Billie WWhen I showed up at the vape shop to pick up my truck it was not there. I was sent across town to another place to get a truck and all they had was one that was much larger than what I needed. This large truck would not be able to get up my driveway at the location of my new house. I was forced to rent a storage unit to put my stuff in because I couldn't get the big truck in my driveway. This was a disaster and I will never ever use U-Haul again.
