I liked the convenience of the location for drop-off but I was not impressed that the drop-off was in the back of the building and the driveway made it difficult to drop the trailer off. We had to lift the trailer to position it at the location.

I was charged twice for the same rental and at different prices. This caused my account to be overdrawn and issued a overdraft fee. Once I noticed mistake, I call the office to get further information, but no answer. I've left voicemails and they do not get responded to. Equipment had the check engine light on as well upon rental. Driving off the lot I called to verify it was on, and didn't get a response then either. May be due to the fact that they are busy with packages for holidays, either way, a call back would have been appreciated.

Set my uhaul and dolly pickup for 8 am (self serve) and after 15 minutes we were finally able to get the keys only to find there was no dolly. It was Labor Day weekend (Saturday) and the store wouldn't open until Tuesday. Had to call Uhaul and find a different location where we could pick up a dolly which was an inconvenience as we were in the middle of moving. I was told I would get refunded for the dolly, because of the hassle. I was never refunded and payed full price and had to hunt down a dolly.

I rented a 26 ft truck, 2 dollies and 1 dozen blankets. When I arrived home, I realized that the dollies and 1 dozen packing blankets were not in the truck. I called the Post & Parcel location, the lady I spoke with (the 1 that waited on me) apologized for the error and got in her own car & drove the dollies and packing blankets personally to my home! I was very impressed with the extra customer service. Good job!

The truck had a transmission issue. It was a 5 hour drive and it took almost 8 hours. And from the jerking the truck did I had some items broke.

Other than waiting almost an hour for a piece of equipment I rented, bc of another customer not returning it on time, the staff was great. Very apologetic and customer service oriented. They made experience and wait as best as the could.

It was nice for a change to get a truck that had low mileage and did not feel like it was on it's last legs. Staff at location were very helpful and worked with us to tie down last minute details.

Don't let Post and Parcel represent your company. We gave an estimate on our move time knowing damn well that may change but they went ahead and double booked the truck anyway and charged me for 2 days use for less than. 12 hours! Uhauls are 24 hours rentals! Complete and utter bullshit that my wife and I were called and harassed about bringing the truck back when we hadn't even been able to start at 3pm. I will definitely look for an alternative next time we move.

Very upset that drop off was 9.30a and dropped off @10.15a. I was charged $50 for an extra day. That is horrible that there is no grace period. I will probably NOT use Uhaul for my next move.

The staff was helpful to manually complete the rental process while the system was done. The process was concerning with a possibility of being charged multiple times. It worked out fine. The truck cab was not clean; previous renter had a dog in there, and hair was evident. There was an attempt accommodate as a result of this uncleanliness. Overall, a good experience.

The truck was almost empty on gas when picking it up and the Cab was dirty and the seats were wet due to rain (I have to assume there was a leak or the window was left open slightly.

Had a problem with the 24/7 check-in. The staff at Post and Parcel was very courteous and helped me get my truck rented in spite of the check-in issues.

I would like to thank the entire staff of post and parcel! The level of customer service was above and beyond. Everyone was extremely helpful, and friendly, made me feel right at home. The staff also made sure all the information, was accurate and current. Wanted to thank Valerie and all the ladies, for making my moving experience so much easier! The location I eventually ended up at was great but the location before waited to the last minute to inform me that the truck I reserved wouldn't be available. I was already on my way to pick it up and wasted an hour in travel time to get an available truck.

I booked the truck at my nearest location in Keller, I went the address that I chose only to be told they didn't have it and they then sent me to another dealer and when I got there I was told hey we don't have anything either. I was then sent to a 3rd location who had the 20ft truck. From door to door it took me 2 hours to get the truck despite me booking collection from a uhaul offive 3 miles away from where I live. I had to pay $60 for removal guys to stand around whilst I was given poor service by your company. Then I get charged Milagr that was only incurred because I had to collect and return from a different location. The store that I dealt with in the end was very nice and friendly and are an asset to your brand. You reply need to sort out your booking system, I'm around $70 worse off because of me having to pay the removal guys and then the mileage

This staff was OUTSTANDING. When staff goes to Crowley for my truck, that is incredible customer service. My son will be moving in the next 3 months and he will definitely use this location. I will be moving again in 1 year and I'm hoping they will still be there when I return to town. They made this move so easy.

There is something wrong with the truck. Every few minutes, the truck would shift into what felt like Neutral and would slowly decrease in speed without any manual shifting. I would have to constantly hit the accelerator peddle to get back up to speed. This caused the drive to be shaky and unpleasant.

Do a walk around with the customer of the vehicle they will be renting. Have a better area in the business for customers to review contracts and have a drop off location, I stood in line with the customers who were mailing packages, when I got to the front I was asked if there was an email on file, again no walk around was done.
