Kelli FI arrived at the drop off on time at 11am, 1 hour and 15 minutes before my 24 hour time was up. The lady said she would check it in and she didn't check it in until after 5pm which caused a charge for an extra day. I could have checked it in myself on the app. This is the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had.
