I arrived at the drop off on time at 11am, 1 hour and 15 minutes before my 24 hour time was up. The lady said she would check it in and she didn't check it in until after 5pm which caused a charge for an extra day. I could have checked it in myself on the app. This is the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had.

Mike REverything about the entire experience was great, on both ends. Rental was simple, drop-off was simple, the phones are answered by people and they know their jobs. The truck was easy to drive and in spite of very heavy rains the entire trip, it did not leak one drop of water anywhere.
Roger MI was charged for an extra day for a truck rental after the pick-up time for the truck location and time was changed X3 and the storge unit was still rented, and it took over an hour to resolve the storage unit so I end up with units far from each other instead of side by side. I will never rent from U-Haul again. The apps provided to communicated do not work and I had to wait over an hour to receive a call back.
