When picking up the u-haul, there was no one there to give me keys at pick up time as they we were late but didn’t notify. I had to call U-Haul to see what was going on. After picking up the u-haul the gas was low, there was many cigarette packages, hangers and just trash in the back. I do have a photo if needed.

I scheduled my pickup on Monday when to pick it up they did not have the keys so I got off work early to do it to go pick up the truck and go pick up what I had to and I had to cancel it, then I rescheduled for another day and when I got there they wouldn't give me the truck because they said my phone number wasn't on it it was though, and then the truck they gave me was in a horrible condition shaking on the way to pick up the material I was going to pick up horrible experience
WILLIAM SStore opened late. Van had no air conditioner. Associate said it was broken and the other van had a flat tire, so we had no choice.
Ann PUnfortunately, the first truck I was provided the a/c did not work. The second truck that I was switched to was had a low tire in which I had to put air in because they only had 2 trucks. These are older cargo vans as well nit as those pictured.
Alicia SLocation was not open for pick up since they closed down for lunch so had to wait for 45 minutes to get keys. Then was told that U-Haul AC was not working but it was the only one at that location so had to rent it like that. Worse customer service so far.

Brad WEstimated Tax in the Reservation was $3.15 and actual is $9.88. More or less the same miles entered while reserving and actual miles ran.
Eshwara KI did mobile check in and rep had me we wait for other people waiting for postage. Even though all I needed were the keys. He pretended to check me in by asking questions that I already input in the mobile device just to justify me waiting. Thats not the point of mobile check in
