Check trucks before next renter: Previous truck renter left debris in back of truck and had left the truck door open. All of the warning lights on the dash were lit up.

Truck bed interior was gross. Sticky stuff all over the floor. Also, charged me for the rental insurance when I specifically declined it during checkout. Rip off.

UNICE BI was charged $25 cleaning fee and told it was non negotiable, this truck was not clean when I picked it up. Then was added the $15 safe move fee that I had declined when I made the reservation.
Ruben JDid not have the keys to the truck I reserved but the truck was onsite. Had to use a smaller truck and make multiple trips. Seemed very unorganized.
