Truck was not great had many problems driving it kept jerking as I was driving. Brakes were very loud. Everything was clean in the truck but the driving while being rocked back and forth made for a not pleasant drive had to stop multiple times due to car sickness

The truck i had was rough. the driverside door didn't close flush against the side of the truck. The trucks pick up was so slow and it sounded like it wasn't shifting in to the next gear. When I would brake, it sounded like a airplane was landing.

I didn’t have any contact with the personal. They were closed. I dropped the truck off using the digital drop-off option through the app. That was a hassle and glitchy beyond belief. Luckily it finally completed and I was able to go home almost an hour later.

What a nightmare trying to pick this truck up. Why should I have to give you someone's phone number at the time of pick up to verify who I am?! Insane!

The entire process was streamlined and easy. I started on line via my PC but then transitioned to downloading the mobile app. I also appreciate this facility as I use them for mailing needs. I didn’t realize they had trucks to rent!

It took 45min to get the lock Off to her the get to the truck. I called in she just said move it back and fourth and sent a video that wasn’t the correct one. I’ve never had so many issues with U-Haul

We thought that there was the same amount of gas in the tank as when we picked it up but were charged for gas. It was returned after hours

I didn't receive a code and had to wait for an online representative to give me a code and therefore didn't get my truck until 45 minutes after when I was supposed to have it. Other than that it was a fine experience.

Of course it’s nice when anything one rents, like a truck, is in good condition, but I can’t say enough good about the men working there. And trying to coordinate driver and time and pick up and drop off it was just getting confusing. Would you believe the man offered to come in an hour early so he could take care of our situation? As it turned out, we didn’t need to do that, but you have offered us just remarkable.
