I don’t know what the problem was, but we were unable to get our vehicle for an hour and a half. I don’t know if it was the Wi-Fi signal or a problem with the app with U-Haul, but I could not get logged into the app to do our mobile pick up. Also, the U-Haul customer service was awful. The chat wait time was 34 minutes and the phone wait time was an hour. Our moving start time was delayed by two hours, which was a significant stress on our day.

This location was very speedy and thorough, made things easy and the trucks were very well maintained.
Abigail MThe staff member had a dry personality. Processed my reservation just fine, but not very thorough on his explanation of details.. There was no walk-through with me around the vehicle prior to me leaving. I have rented from U-Haul several times in the past, and this time things seem a little unusual or different. In my opinion, If you’re going to work with the public, you should at least have a welcoming and sociable personality. It wasn’t until I turned in the vehicle that I was told by the GM at that location, that I should have received a text message to upload photos of all sides of the vehicle. None of that was explained to me at the pick up site. Felt like they were just rushing me out the door.
