My reservation shifted from one location to another without notice, the reservation had the incorrect truck size, and the location ran out of dolly carts included in my reservation and did offer an alternative. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone base on poor customer service and incorrect reservation information.

There should be directions or a sign that directs people to park in the back of the store. I didn’t know so we parked, walked in and then had to walk back and move the truck. Not a big deal but it would be more convenient.
GEANNA LFirst i made a reservation at the miramar location for a 10 foot truck 2 weeks ago. The day before my rental was told it is not available and would have to pickup at a different location. I feel it is responsiblity of Uhaul to get the truck reserved not the customer to pickup at a different location The staff person at the postal office was very nice but lacked training to process the uhual rental
