First i made a reservation at the miramar location for a 10 foot truck 2 weeks ago. The day before my rental was told it is not available and would have to pickup at a different location. I feel it is responsiblity of Uhaul to get the truck reserved not the customer to pickup at a different location The staff person at the postal office was very nice but lacked training to process the uhual rental
