When i returned the truck, there was no instruction on how and where i should put the key. I went ahead and put it where i picked it up using the same combination, but it would be nice to clearly indicate that step. ThanksMorteza E.

Got an email saying where to pick up the truck. Got to the location and it was closed. Never got a phone call to confirm. Had to call the traffic number to find out that the truck was in a different location. Signed the paperwork and got the truck only to find that the padlock on the door was put on backwards , had to go back to dealer to finally open the lock. All in all was a pretty disappointing experienceMark R.
