We estimated 50 miles and were told we would be charged less if we drove less. We drove exactly 30 miles and we were charged for the entire 50 miles.

Got an email saying where to pick up the truck. Got to the location and it was closed. Never got a phone call to confirm. Had to call the traffic number to find out that the truck was in a different location. Signed the paperwork and got the truck only to find that the padlock on the door was put on backwards , had to go back to dealer to finally open the lock. All in all was a pretty disappointing experience
