Extremely slow, just terrible!!! I did an online check in beforehand and the lady still asked my dad for his ID at least 3 times (or maybe more). It took us over an hour just to pick up our UHaul and we were late to meet with our movers.An L.

It's basically a one person shop and truck rentals are not their primary focus, but, they actually get you through the process quicker than some of the other locations that do just trucks; as long as there aren't tons of people there.Ray M.

I had rented here before so knew what to expect. Postal Annex store not a U-Haul center like I am used to. But the people that run it are friendly and helpful. Only one person was working so I had to carry in the rented pads and take a picture of the mileage and gas level with my phone to show him. Quirky, but not an issue.Steven S.

I had reserved dollies and mats. They were not in the truck and this location is closed on Sundays (the day I used the truck an needed the equipment). So I had to drive to another location to rent equipment. It delayed my move time by a couple hours which is highly inconvenient especially when hired help is waiting at my home. Also, the lock on the back door was really stiff and I had to get assistance which was really slow, so I random passerby had to help me.Christina S.

The guy running the Postal Annex was very attentive and wanted to take care of my needs. He made it all work. As for the truck, it was great, smoother riding than expected. Drank lots of fuel about 10mpg.David V.
 Exterior of truck cab was very dirty.  Gas level was noted on leaving to be at between 7/8 and Full - I was told to bring it back full. I put gas in the truck before returning it - but the subcontractor (Postal Annex store) said I hadn't put enough gas in it and charged an extra $10 for gas. I disagreed but didn't want to argue with the man so I paid the bill and left. I will not be going back.Rob S.

The price for the size of the truck is not worth it. Uhaul should really stop advertising that the 15' truck can fit a 2 bedroom apartment. We had a hell of a time trying to move me out of my apartment.Stephen W.
The "easy" check in feature on the app is total garbage. Uploaded documentation then was told I needed to go into the store anyway. Waste of time. Fortunately the store employees were more knowledgable than UHaul and got me on my way quickly.Caleb H.

I had a unexplained charge on my card and I asked for someone to call me back and explain the charge and nobody has as of yet and it's been over 24 hours. Unacceptable. Now I will need to go to my bank and dispute the charge.Felicia A.

Staff was not proficient with U haul online system, unable to navigate in order to charge correctly. Would not use this location ever again.Sonya C.
When I called u-haul I emphasized I wanted an after hours location for drop off. I called the 1 800 number and confirmed I could drop off after hour. The location was hard to identify. There was a small mail slot on the door however it was tapped shut. I called the 1800 to report problem and they did not offer an alternative solution. They just told me to come back in the morning which I did. The next morning I turned in the keys and the employee verified that the slot was tapped shut. She said that the owner taped it. I complained and she gave me a number to call. I called but no one call me. She also told me the manager would call me to verify I returned the truck. Again, no one called. I am highly upset because i had to change my plans. I was supposed to leave Temecula but had to spend the night to return the truck Completely unacceptable and I would anticipate some form of compensation. Please contact me at 310-991-9378. The attendant did not know how to complete a one-way rental transaction. A U-Haul manager needed to talk her through it, and the rental took 45 minutes to complete. She was very apologetic and said that I could get a reduced rental fee if I returned the truck the same day. I confirmed the next day that no fee reductions were made for one-way rentals. Recommend more training for this location.Mark A.

This location was severely understaffed. One woman to handle a long line of postal and Uhaul customers is not enough to effectively take care of the number of customers coming through at a given time. The previous renter returned the truck with less fuel than they marked on the return sheet, but the location was too busy to allow the worker to verify this. Luckily this problem was resolved.jeff M.

Nobody walked with me to the truck to inspect it. They gave no instruction of what to do. I had to call the center to ask how to release the break. The truck was filthy and the windshield was dirty as well making it difficult to see out of it.SIAMAK A.

I had ordered a dolly they did not have one and I also ordered some moving pads which they did not have. The store rent me there dolly but wanted to charge 10 after I told them it was 7 on web site they let me rent in separately.Fabiola M.

First i like to say i have rented from uhaul before and service been great. But at this location i will never rent from again. They tried to say the gas was not return back to the amount where it was before good thing i had took a picture and saved. Also notice on my copy of the rental agreement and there copy had two different gas fuel levels. Then he said the truck was dirty inside. Will never rent again.DENEEN W.
Please make sure that when people make reservations the equipment is located where it says on the paper work, so they don't have to shuttle further from where it was originally intended. ThanksGUSTAVO C.
