Parking was a little hard with the 20’ truck I rented, but the app made check in simple when the location was closed.

My impression is that she is a wonderful representative of the U-Haul organization. Thank you! Far superior than the Copley Place location where I was treated very rudely and swore at by the manager while renting a truck and trailer.

The truck nearly overheated twice, there is clearly transmission issues, and then upon return, uHaul is trying to charge me $111 for fuel when it was returned with more fuel than I picked it up with. Horrible experience. I have used uHaul for years and I never will again after this.

STEPHEN BFirst time using Truck Share and it was super convenient. We urgently needed a truck for our final move day after Home Depot cancelled my reservation without warning. On very short notice, I was able to get a truck from Uhaul. Pickup process was quick, vehicle was clean and well maintained. Overall cost was also a bit less than Home Depot. Thank you!

Julie EI did the mobile app drop off and the process is horrible. I would sign in to my account and it would immediately say that it expired due to time, but I was still logged in. There was not a specific u-haul drop box at the location, nor instructions, so I had to just put it in the mail-slip. The location services on the app doesn't work (all greyed out). then when selecting "help with location services" it took me to a thank you page as if my drop off was completed. I had to call in the next day to verify and in fact it was not completed and no one had yet processed my return. Overall I will never use the mobile drop off app again as it has proven unreliable and likely to charge you additional time/days on a rental that you have already returned.

TONY MTruck engine was very loud, high miles. Didn't feel comfortable driving on freeway. We didn't have any problems, but I recommend that the engine & muffler be serviced.

Steve CThe truck only had 1 mile to empty when I picked it up, so the odometer was not visible because of the low gas warning. I agreed to the mileage being 97115, but after filling the tank the odometer actually read 97136. When I returned the truck the employee told me they have been having issues with the gas getting siphoned. But I still have been charged for the extra 19 miles I did not drive.

ROSEMARY SI drove 43 miles and used over 8 Gallons of fuel for a 10 foot truck. I put in 6.25 gallons of gas ($25.00) When I returned the vehicle I was charged another $8.35 for fuel (2 Gallons more) I Spent over $33 dollars on gas and the $1.09 per mile charge and the $19.99 rental fee which is normal. I looked up this vehicle on the U-Haul website this vehicle should get 12 miles per gallon. I truly believe I was overcharged!!! I believe there must be some kind of error. I only had one 8 foot sofa and small arm chair in the load. When I complained the associate told me once she rented a truck and used it all day and she spent $100 on Gas. “It’s quite expensive “ was her response. I don’t understand her comparison to mine? I have used U- haul in the past and have used larger trucks and never got only 6 miles to the gallon! I will not rent from this location again. I believe there was some Kind of error or they do not take care of there vehicles Maintance. The truck was fairly new and there is no way this vehicle should of got 6 miles to the gallon. The associate had no other help with my problem only her prior experience.

Stephen BHave next customer make sure they take a picture of the odometer reading prior driving off the lot. Why? My Contract of starting mileage was incorrect & I had no way to prove it. The old way was much better where the attendant personally verified the mileage with you before you drive off. The new way is to send you the contract by e-mail & you don’t get enough time to look at it if you are in a hurry.

Derek BI waited two hours for Mt reserved truck, which they rented to someone else as I waited for paperwork to be figured out. At the end I ended up Paying an additional $982.00. This was totally unacceptable. But what can you do
Helena SI was overcharged and made out to seem as if I was a liar when trying to resolve the discrepancy with Postal Annex Manager Ivonne. The willingness to be proactive was none existent. I waited a week calling for verification everyday only to get shut down with she doesn't own U-haul. Ivonne never listened to my explanation and kept trying to get me off the phone. Yes you don't own U-haul but you provide a service using them so your just as responsible for making a great experience. In the end I was refunded although it was the lack of empathy given causing me stress and anxiety on how I was going to get this resolved. I would not recommend this place for any services as I believe Ivonne only caters to the usual people with ties to services used. Customer service is not a focus here. So yourself a favor and use a store that cares.
