RAND WOne thing I wish uHaul can do a bit better is guarantee: (1) Make sure there is enough fuel in the truck and ask customer to return full or at least beyond 1/4 tank. (2) Do a short walk through, make sure the equipment is there, and the trunk is not locked! Anyway, I appreciate a lot on the service and convenience by postal annex, but I hope uHaul can implement some basic rules to guarantee the quality of service.
JIAPING ZThe store did not fill up the gas. The guage said it was full. We drive for 20 miles but fill up 6 gallon of gas.This is not fair. This is my only complain
Kin FOverall easy and convenient. Had a bit of sticker shock between the quote of $20 and the actual bill of $140 that included a bunch of hidden fees. Had the truck for 4 1/2 hours and 40 Miles.

MICHAEL WThis location was fine, but the location i was sent to (after i was told this location was not available) had no truck as the truck had been towed after being left in a red zone and towed. added an extra hour of BS to my day then had to sit in more traffic because of the delay.
Devon SI would just like to add that due to system being down, the Postal Annex personnel was not able to login and register me in the system. After exchanging license info, I left without knowing that in order to return the truck in LA, I had to call first and find a location that would take the truck in. Anyhow, I looked up drop off stations and took it to the nearest one, but unfortunately they did not let me drop it off there, and it took my a couple of hours in LA traffic to find another location in Venice St. to accept the truck. It was a terrible experience!

STEVEN FPlease, PLEASE work on the app experience. It is super super glitchy and submits things without actually you clicking on things. I’ve used it once before and it seems to have gotten worse. The actual equipment is good, the app is really the only problem.

Angela PYou can’t find the key drop box. It’s down a back alley and there is no signage at the front of the building or where the parking is. You have no idea where to park and no idea where to drop your key. This is a horrible set up that could be fixed with some signs
Cameron PThe truck fuel tank was barely above E when I picked it up. The person running the store said my charge was $19.95 plus $1.08 per mile. He did not mention that I also had to pay gas on top of it. So another $20 was charged for a basic 30 mile trip. Never going to UHaul or this shop again
STEVEN SUsing the app for pickup seemed like it would be difficult, instead it was very easy to do. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. It went really smoothly to pickup and drop off using the app. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing to pickup a rental in the early morning or late evening.

Jay HFirst time renter. Generally good experience. Would have been more useful to have the license plate on the key hanger rather than the unique identifier for the vehicle. Left me confused for some minutes.

ISSAC OIt was difficult to know this particular neighborhood location did not have any signs where the trucks were parked and did not have any signs indicating Uhaul on the postal office you used.

ROBIN BI am extremely disappointed in being charged $35 for cleaning when I only used the truck for 1 hr and there was nothing dirty about it. I will never recommend using this company to anyone going forward
Andrei GTruck broke down and we were stranded on the side of the road for 5 hours. I do give credit to the people that helped us get a new truck and took care of our concerns.
Michael RLocation I booked original van at was closed so had to drive to this location where the rude/uninterested worker told me my van was booked and to call customer service. I was not explained any instructions on filling up tank or will be charged. Truly couldn’t seem any less interested in me. Never going to this location again, miserable experience.
Nicholas HI set up my rental to be a 24/7 mobile pickup, but the location never set it up that way. I wanted my rental to start at 8am, but had to wait until they opened at 10am to actually get the van I ordered. It set my move back two hours and I was unable to complete my move in the hours I needed to because of the delay.
