Alexander BHave the extra hardware on-hand. I asked for a dolly, two furniture dollys and 10 moving blankets. I got just one furniture dolly. To make matters worse, the furniture dolly was supposed to be $7/day but I got charged $14/day. In addition, the mirrors are not great to move, requiring two hands and some strength. Also, I had the 4-ways only on the first day for less than 4 hours and the battery died. All of these substantially hindered my move, causing me to pay for additional days. I also left the tank at 3/8 but it is marked at 2.5/8 so I got an extra charge on that. I did notice that the meter for the gas takes time to warm up, which may account for the discrepancy and that should be looked into. Will probably consider another rental option for my next move, this was an absolute disaster.
