Victor CThis people lied about the mileage on the U-Haul because I put only like 40 miles and there are charging me for 126 miles there are wrong and I’m gonna get to the bottom of on this matter first they had lied show much gas was in it I told them didn’t think I needed to look at mileage I thought they were honest but I guess there not please don’t go there
WYATT MThe u-haul truck I received was very dirty inside and out. In addition, I think the truck was due for service because every time I came to a stop sign it felt like it was going to die on me. This location had two 15 footer trucks. A newer model and an older model. For some unknown reason, I ended up with the older model (year early 2000's). I don't know if they rent out the older models first before they rent out the newer models. I am just glad we made it home safe regardless of whatever mechanical issues the truck had.
GEORGE MI returned the cargo van on a Sunday, and got charged an extra $20 for being a few minutes late. The van was filthy with trash from the previous renter but I didn’t complain.

DAVID NTHE EXACT LOCATION OF THE PICK UP WAS UNCLEAR, THE ONLINE PORTION OF THE RENTAL INCLUDING THE CALLING OF 2 SEPARATE INDIVIDUALS WAS UNCLEAR, THE WHOLE PROCESS LACKED CLARITY AND INFORMATION/DIRECTIONS ON WHAT AND HOW TO DO THINGS WAS NOT PROVIDED UNTIL AFTER YOU PICKED UP THE VEHICLE.

JOHN PWe rent often from Uhaul and love this location. Today's rental of a cargo van was terrible. It was so dirty that we almost returned it. It stunk, it had food stuck in places where food shoudl not be and melted chocolate in the door handles. THIS van needs to be cleaned...FIRST time we had a dirty rental from Uhaul....please do better.

mark bI booked it about a week in advance. Guy did not mention there was a rate / mile. Also did not explian how to refill it to the checkout gas level (ended up overfilling it). NOT HAPPY... Would go

Victor CThe PostalAnnex+ staff were very friendly and extremely efficient in my check-in and check-out procedures. The cargo van I rented was in excellent working condition and served our moving needs nicely. The cargo area was slightly dirty with leaves and other miscellaneous particles, but the ribbed floor mat makes fully cleaning that area very difficult so it is understandable. Certainly nothing that inhibited our use of the vehicle.
Sean OUnfortunately borrowing a truck for 12 hours for 200.00 doesn’t seem an equal trade. Next time I have to move I will look for a better value. I blame this on the current state of the economy, not the company. Just saying.🥹

CHRISTOPHER JThere were no rear lights only brake lights. The dashboard had NO LIGHTS. I could t even see my speed. There were no working light in the truck in the back This was a safety hazard. Dangerous to drive and extremely horrible to think the staff would allow a customer to rent a truck in this condition!!!! Putting g my life and those around me in danger.

ALYSSACAMILLE DJust an observation ... The truck I was given has a broken visor and the interior roof cloth lining was falling off. I tried uploading additional pictures besides the dirty aspect of the truck, but it only permits to upload 1 picture. I have no complaints concerning the staff and their service at this location. Otay Lakes Rd in East Chula Vista CA. 👍

ALEJO VTook a while to get the initial check out done, didn't have all the supplies (moving pads) requested (which didn't end up mattering because we didn't need it anyways), sun visor kept dropping into my field of vision, wouldnt stay up, check engine light turned on after about 15 minutes. It got the job done but I wouldn't say it was 5 star

LIZBETH gOnly complaint would be the truck’s gas gauge is not very accurate. I only drove 17 miles, refilled over 2 gallons, and somehow the gauge read to be significantly LOWER than when I picked it up.
Sean RVehicle had a check engine light turn on while in the middle of the move, I had to go to the facility (added additional mileage) they cleared the code, however it came back up once again at this point I just had to return the vehicle back to the facility
jesus eIncrease the Saturday hours to at least 5pm vice 4pm. I tried to return my equipment before the store closes but I arrived exactly 4pm due to putting gas to the truck even though my equipment is nit due until 0945 the following day.
CHARLES AIt was a great truck and only had 18,000+ miles on it. It was comfortable and got reasonable mileage.

Shirley RDriver floormat was dirty. I selected NO SAFEMOVE, but on the bill they charged me $15. I also drove total of 15 miles but put 2 gallons of gas in truck. They charged me $14 for fuel. I do not know why they overcharged me for both of these things. They have now reimbursed me. I still think my bill is too high but not sure why. Don't like the inaccuracy of this billing system.
