The truck I received overheated within 2 miles from leaving the location. I spent the day with customer service being bounced around to different reps with no help in the end. I eventually returned the truck via mobile app and found another means to transport my items.

JOEL FHave enough furniture pads. I reserved a dozen furniture pads for my move and when we picked up the U-Haul we were informed that they didn’t have any. That was disappointing but other than that everything else went well.
