Only one person on-site and she was 40 minutes late opening. 1st trailer assigned had a flat tire and damage to an interior side wall. No one on site to connect trailer to car or inspect safety chain connection.

I expect at least 1/4 of gas when I'm renting a truck or car so that my first stop with the truck is not a gas station. But the truck was clean and I could tell it was well-serviced.

Staff respectful, the problems were that I had to go to several locations to get the vehicle & once I got vehicle I had to return it because it kept shutting off several times & running very poorly; lost a complete work day & had to pay $300 for 2 workers that didn't work. Called to report problem, returned unused vehicle with additional 1/2 a tank of fuel that I couldn't use & was told I would get reimbursed & 100% refund; when I received return confirmation I was charged, not refunded. After years of being a satisfied U Haul client, this has been my only negative experience. As stated above, all of the U Haul personnel I had interaction with were respectful & tried their best to assist. Looking forward to reimbursement & refund. No problem in continuing to be a U Haul customer.

Orlando O.The location itself was good, close to home. Gentlemen there was helpful and was able to find my husband and I the truck we needed for a small house project. The U-Haul itself was disgusting. You would think after such a treacherous pandemic that companies would care more about this type of stuff but wow. Most dirty U-Haul I've ever been in. I even took the initiative of at least cleaning the seats and things we would touch with my disinfecting wipes. At least the next person will have a fairly clean seat to sit on.
