When I went to rent the truck I was very clear and notified the agent that I was traveling to South Carolina, the agent didn't want me to take the truck because he said it was the only one available that he had and didn't want me to take it to another state ..He knew I was traveling to South Carolina and rented me the truck and I left the truck in U-Haul in Gaffney. My surprise was when I received a note from the Credit Card because U-Haul charged $5,200.00 saying the Drop Off was wrong. I need urgently that this amount will be reimburse to the Credit Card.
