I placed my pickup for 8am and the key was supposed to be in a lockbox but when I arrived it was not there. I had to wait an hour for them to open to hand me the key and the hand dolly I rented wasn’t in the truck either so I needed to get that from inside the location.

EFRAIN GTruck was not swept clean. Missing furniture dolly and 24 furniture pads that’s I was billed for. I have requested reimbursement for the products not provided.
Cheryl DUnfortunately instead of giving us the 91 mile and 24h rate for a one way trip to San Jose the employee only added 30 miles to the contract and instead of putting San Jose as the drop off he put the location where we got the truck. The employees in San Jose on the other hand were very helpful and tried to make up for it and didn’t charge the wrong destination charge but we still had to pay more than $70 because of exceeded miles.

CHARLES gHave fuel in the trucks before giving the keys to the customers and honoring your word about the fuel requirements if a customer fuels the truck, also don’t add additional fees and price changes when returning the vehicle. These things will make someone not want to use your service

MONIQUE VWhen I was checked out it said 1/4 take of gas in my paperwork. There really was not and 1/8. I put in the gas because it hate what my paper wok said but it wa wrong. Other than that everything was fine

VALERIE AI was given the keys to the wrong vehicle as indicated on the receipt invoice. Manager had to take me to the correct vehicle. Took 30 min to check out vehicle when I was the sole customer at the location.
John WThe truck had bad breaks the engine sounded horrible the truck wouldn’t go over 50 mph. The truck had leaks in the roof of the box and all of our stuff got soaked from rain.
MARCIE MMaybe not charge 20 miles when the customer is only driving 1.5 miles? Also, reimburse the customers for the miles that the cashier got over on them. 20 miles? Are you kidding me?
