Bring back the free box/utility dolly. I understand that people suck and they get stolen, but having to buy one at $140 at my destination because they're not supplied anymore is wild. This isn't aimed at this location, but at Uhaul in general.

darmendra m$19.95 base price was OK but the added costs add up quick. My rental was a short trip, 21 miles. The owner"s daughter waited on me and she did a good job. Whoever rented the truck before me did not fill the gasoline to the proper level when he dropped it off. When I noticed it and immediately took the truck back and brought it to their attention. This problem should never happen.
Manuel CCharged me an extra day for my rental when I had dropped the rental off the day prior. Store opens at 9 am with the rental truck already in the parking lock. Claims that I dropped the rental off at 11:23 am. Just because you check in the rentals at that time doesn't mean you get to charge me an extra day. Intentional rip off or incompetent employees. Be cautious about using this drop off location.
