The people at this location were very professional, both on phone and in person.CESAR R.
We waited 30 minutes after the posted opening time to return the truck. After determining that no one was coming we left a note and keys in the drop box. We were then charged the after hours fee for this inconvenience. Had I know that our morning would have been wasted and we would have been charge for the incompetence, we would have dropped the truck last night and saved our selves the trouble. We were moved to an inconvenience location and charged and extra fee, can't say I will recommend or use UHaul again.ROY C.

Gave me one price and ended up paying over $200.00 for 2 hours way over priced, will never rent again when you paint $29 a day on your trucks and charge $100.00 an hour, that is false advertising. very miss leading.ROBERTO M.

Got charged for two days and only used for one day ! Lady argued with me telling me I was late to drop off by 50 min and would be charged an entire day even when I told her I thought I could drop off anytime when finished like all the other uhaul locations! Lots of attitude, Worst experience I have ever experienced while renting a uhaulCRYSTAL A.

Claudio was really rude and unprofessional. I had experienced the worst service with uhaul on Saturday June 26th was the day the truck was supposed to be rented but the dealer on Montana said they could't wait for me because they closed at 5:30 and uhaul customer service said 6pm, so they left the keys in the lock box which we were never able to open, we spoke to 3 representatives that kept transferring me over and over and spent 3 hrs on the phone and the last representative was a more helpful she gave us 3 different passwords but none worked so i was transferred again and was told i would receive a call back so the dealer can open the lock and give me the keys but I never received a phone call, then i get another truck scheduled with the worst dealer Claudio on Pellicano, whom cussed out my husband when he told him he was being rude and unprofessional. This has been the worst service ever because it delayed my move and ended costing me more money and a waste of time.ANGELINA G.

Mr. Claude Z. Is the man to go to when you need to rent a moving truck etc. Caring, very knowledgeable, professional!!! Who took care of my daughter when she was in need of help in finding the best size truck to use and price range. He also informs us how all the fees work and the information she needs to know. Not a good experience when the truck that was rented was dirty inside the cab and inside the bed of the truck. Spoke to the customer service representative at the location and no deduction was made on the rental after I cleaned it up after picking it up after hours.Jeremy V.

I have used uhaul many times and never had a problem. This location was closed upon arrival for my pickup at 10:00 and I waited 45 minutes for someone to show up. They were suppose to open at 10:00 mind you. The truck was not clean or well kept.Hunter H.
The whole process was wrong. I was charged like 80 miles when I used it for maybe 15. It took days and I only got one follow up. I never found out what the resolution was in the end until I got an email with my receipt Over all it was a very bad experience. I regret going to this location.David N.

This is a ups store with u haul trucks. Gentlemen was busy working with others. Next time I'll go to a u haul store. Nothing against the gentlemen at the store. It's just he had more to do then rent trucksjose G.

Be on time for scheduled appointment. Attendant was one hour late. The truck was extremely dirty with a strong odor of cat urine. Attendant was notified via phone call. Nothing was done about it. He just said he would notify uhaul. I had to wash the truck in order to use itJezabel O.

The Saturday schedule says that they open at 10 am and it was almost 11 am and it was closed and it does not have a phone number written down outside at the door to mark and know what happens. It was very uncomfortable and there was another person waiting in his truck for them to open.Maria R.
