Very easy to pick up and drop off. The truck was very clean and ran great. Will definitely look at this location next time I need to rent

Customer service at Its Best!!!
GRISELDA R.Extremely rude when I arrived to return the U-Haul. He was sitting at his desk on his phone and when I approached to tell him I was returning the truck he said "I'm going to have to do that tomorrow because I'm about to close" I told him I had already done the return over the phone & I was just dropping off the equipment. He then said "oh ok well I'll still have to complete the process tomorrow". I dropped off the truck at approximately 5:30pm the locations hours are 9am - 6pm.

CESAR R.We waited 30 minutes after the posted opening time to return the truck. After determining that no one was coming we left a note and keys in the drop box. We were then charged the after hours fee for this inconvenience. Had I know that our morning would have been wasted and we would have been charge for the incompetence, we would have dropped the truck last night and saved our selves the trouble. We were moved to an inconvenience location and charged and extra fee, can't say I will recommend or use UHaul again.
