Need to make sure the U-Haul are not located in empty lots.
Melisa BOn Weekends without a person to get the key from I lost over an hour trying to talk with a rep on how to get the key to the Truck to move. That was at 8AM in the morning on Sunday 8/18/2024. It took 30 minutes for someone to help and 45 minutes to go through how to get the key. Mt app did not have what it was to go through the procedure and in total I lost over an hour of paying time or moving time I needed. Then brought it back a day early because we had this set up for 2 days but was only needed for 1 and went through again another hour to take pictures and return the key. The truck was ok and clean with A/C working really well. Back of the truck was clean but the dolly I rented was not what was in the picture. With no strap to hold furniture. I paid 20 dollars for that. I didn't really get what I was paying for there. I'm happy in a way with moving but still these are some of the draw backs. Please look at this carefully and fix the problems. Thank you for the move.
Kenneth KUnfortunately I was charged for a dolly but I never received one. My app needs some updating, the login process was incredibly difficult as my number was attached to my account yet I wasn’t being recognized as a number to the order. It was a difficult and frustrating experience. I hope to hopefully get some type of compensation for the dolly rental that I did not receive. Thankfully the truck itself was clean and I was able to get ahold of customer service after 25 minutes.

Ian BIt was entirely unclear how to get to the location. Signage to direct trucks between the storage units would be helpful. At night with a lot of trucks it was difficult to find the key drop box. There was a different mailbox on the storage units that could be mistaken for the dropbox. Signage or an alternate location for the key drop box would help. The "Rental Drop Off Location" / "...personnel helpful?" "Not Applicable" button does not work. Fix your web page please! Bottom line: Truck, pickup, drop off all good. Apps and web really stick. Get some IT help!!
Michael PAt the location I had to drop off at, I didn’t see an office no where that looked like they did U-Haul rentals. I saw U-Haul trucks sitting by storage buildings. I called another location that was open and they told me to just leave it there that it was no one there to talk to or go over anything with. And then when I had to do the online drop off it was a little confusing, so I had to get my daughter to do it for me, but other than that I had a great experience.

Velissa BAvoid. Terrible experience. Had to call 3 different times to get a truck. Go to another location and skip that dumb app that is not user friendly.
Greg PEverything was fine except it sounded like the muffler was coming off. Couple of times it didn’t want to go into reverse.
Debra BDONT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT. This location was hard to find as it is a storage unit behind a hotel. There is no office for you to check in, ask questions, or get keys so you have to do it all online. The online process was a nightmare because the driver has to be verified by 2 resources (phone calls to people who know them… so you have to inform your people a strange number will be calling so they know to answer, because if they don’t answer you have to get a new contact). The keys were in the truck, and the word lock was a pain. The whole check in process took 45 min to a hour because I had to keep calling for help. Returning the truck was also annoying having to do online and took about 30 min because you have to answer questions and take pictures. The mobile instructions also said to leave the key “in the dropbox,” however, there is no Dropbox at this location so I just put the keys in the back of the truck where I originally retrieved them from. Lawrenceburg needs a better U-Haul location.
