TANIA TI’m frustrated because I stopped at the gas station and filled the tank on my way to drop it off. I should have taken a picture to prove it but I thought since I was dropping it off to a person I would be ok. They acted like us being there was an inconvenience. After the fact I received a bill for $65 saying they had to put 13 gallons of gas in it. That is wrong as I had just filled it. I’m not happy.

brandi aThe location itself was fine. Your mobile pickup service for getting your truck sucks. Very very very very very very bad. I literally wasted it over an hour of my time trying to pick up a truck that I didn't get. Had to drive over 20 minutes and still didn't get my truck until the next day. So much wasted time and gas. It sucks that U-Haul is like literally the only moving truck place we have in Waterloo Iowa.

Candace HI was a little confused with the online reservation, but I got through it. (I believe it’s due to my age and not being familiar with iPhone). The place and help was fantastic! He checked me in and out fast and easy. The retuning of trailer was even easier. I’ve never seen a cleaner Uhaul facility. Thanks for making it painless.

Have the phone application the ability to have the user(s) to enter reservation number which the agent provides so when we return each item so the agent(s) can update if an error happens. 2. Provide a lock required on the rental truck and tell each person who rents the truck. I had not been provided that info.
