I’m frustrated because I stopped at the gas station and filled the tank on my way to drop it off. I should have taken a picture to prove it but I thought since I was dropping it off to a person I would be ok. They acted like us being there was an inconvenience. After the fact I received a bill for $65 saying they had to put 13 gallons of gas in it. That is wrong as I had just filled it. I’m not happy.

brandi aThe location itself was fine. Your mobile pickup service for getting your truck sucks. Very very very very very very bad. I literally wasted it over an hour of my time trying to pick up a truck that I didn't get. Had to drive over 20 minutes and still didn't get my truck until the next day. So much wasted time and gas. It sucks that U-Haul is like literally the only moving truck place we have in Waterloo Iowa.
