ADDIE KThe area appears to be fairly abandoned and looks unsafe at night (fortunately, I rented during the day). I was scheduled to do a Mobile App pickup of the truck at 8:30 am. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the app, and my time was automatically moved back to 9:30 am. I called customer service and waited about 10 minutes before someone answered. I told them about my situation and they said to me someone would be coming to the location personally to meet me. While waiting for the worker, I pretty much figured out everything, located the truck and gained access to the key. However, it was a good thing that someone showed up because the furniture pads I requested were not in the truck, so I had to wait for the worker to put those in the truck. Then, the front left tire was low, so the worker had to guide me to another area to put air in the tire. The only reason I rated this an average experience is due to the worker, who was very friendly and personable. However, overall, I do not recommend this location.
Andrea MI got the place to pick up the U-Haul when I got in to turn it on the battery was totally dead than the sales person gave me another truck and the battery was dead as well, so I had to wait for 45 mins or more till he find a battery .than he said you can get in and drive but that other battery was just as dead as the other one..finally he got a truck running but by now I'm 45 minutes late to where I had to go.the sales person a young age man told me he had to go take the truck that I was to use to put air in it the air was out real bad,he finally came back and said you good you can go now. I didn't get no paper work at all for the rental he didn't even walk around the truck with me..he just said you must bring the truck back with the same amount of gas or you will have to pay us for it.

Kandia GThe customer service rep was outstanding. Patient and thorough with questions. However, the inside of the physical building was sketchy. It was dirty and it smelled musty. The ceiling tiles were moldy and hanging. The customer service rep had to stand at an old counter with boarded up customer service windows. The site does not represent Uhaul in a good way, although everything else about the rental experience was good. I would recommend a site inspection.

PAMELA W-Please make sure there are not beer cans and old blankets in the trailer (yes I have pictures) - please update your reservation site to reflect the correct hours of this location I booked for 9am and arrived at 850am and the person didn't arrive til 10 am (the time they open).

Tanya TThe original truck that I rented wasn’t available. I was upgraded to another truck which had no gas in it! There’s absolutely no reason why I should be charged $30 for a gas fee, when the truck had no gas to begin with!
Keendra S0/10 would not recommend. Felt unsafe, uncomfortable and was overcharged. We arrived to an abandoned unmarked building with uhaul trucks parked in front. We had to call the owner who pulled up and invited us into this unmarked building with paper covering the windows. At this point I should have turned around but he had already had our card info on file and we were on a time crunch for our move. Upon entry you are greeted with a huge odor of animal urine and feces. The room was dark filthy, and had half filled polluted fish tanks and dogs barking from behind a door. I should have called the police for animal abuse because this was a completely unlivable environment but that’s neither here nor there. The man asked for my information and entered it all using his personal phone. He then overcharged my card without even discussing any details of my move. He told me it would be refunded if I didn’t use as many miles. I have been to many uhaul facilities and they have always discussed distance, time, insurance and any extras before charging my card. Already upset and running late we grabbed the truck and were on our way. We returned to drop off the truck before closing hours and the man was not present. We called and were told me to just leave the key in the drop box with no other instruction. Had we not called the man we would have had no proof we dropped the truck off on time and would have been charged an addition late drop off fee. When I finally received the updated bill we had been overcharged, charged for insurance we never agreed too, and charged with a $25 cleaning fee when we had returned the truck in the same condition it was received. If uhaul was actually aware of what was going on at this location it would not exist. But don’t worry, I’ve already informed them. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.

Serena PThe establishment was not open when we arrived for the appointment nor when we returned the truck 4 hours later. We waited about 1/2 hour before someone came to check us in. The proprietor apologized but it was an inconvenience nonetheless.
Martina CIt’s nothing you can do I did my contract on line check in and every thing in I was still over charge with insurance added after I said no it’s unbelievable and very unprofessional I will do business elsewhere.
David HUpon arrival, the associate is siting in an old model white Suv. As we look for the entrance to the dilapidated building with a sign that reads CLOSED BY POLICE ORDER.. PREMISES FOUND UNINHABITABLE.. the associate had no identifying name tag or isignia.. when asked for some ID he laughed. But yet took pictures of my associates ID and information. This person's personality or premises is very bad for any business. I will tell everyone to be aware and avoid renting Uhaul if they allow such partnerships.

Monique BWhere do I start? They cancelled my reservation with no explanation, I rescheduled. Come a second time at their opening time. No one answers the door, phone goes straight to voicemail. After 40 mins of trying online check in & knocking on the door we are let in. At this point my move is pushed back an hour after I’m done getting truck. No fuel in the vehicle and that was not mentioned to me. I brought the truck back at the appropriate fuel level and they dishonestly charged me an absurd amount for fuel. I do not recommend this location AND honestly I don’t recommend U-Haul… nothing was done regarding the matter and they did not care about any of the hassle I had to endure
