The gentleman who helped me at this pickup location was very friendly but the trailer was not inspected well before I picked it up and so when I went to use it the front right strap to secure the vehicle to the trailer was broken so I added like an hour on to my trip and cost me more money because I had to go and buy a strap to secure the vehicle since the supplied one was broken.

RICHARD BThe young man that was there was a very nice young man, but the truck itself I don’t like the location. I had to pick it up. It looks jury. It doesn’t look safe. It doesn’t even look that clean. In fact when I return the truck, I seen a roach on the side of the truck in the inside and now I’m home right now. I’m packing my stuff. I just seen a roach. I’ve never had any roaches so they had to be roaches on the truck And I hope I don’t have any more roaches in my things because I’ll be really pissed. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly when people use these trucks sprayed down so that people won’t transfer their pets and bugs and things of that nature and need a full inspection before you guys starving to anybody else there’s nowhere anywhere anywhere I saw two roaches and has not anyone else in any more roaches somewhere else so I’m just praying and hoping that there’s no roaches in my belongings
