There was no walk-through. The dolly was not present, which we did not notice until we got to our destination. There were no pads included.

Since I do uhaul rentals. I was a little disturb that this location uses their cellphone to take the pictures of the customers D.L. & a picture of the customer. This is not cool.

I set up the reservation online and gave my business credit card as payment. When my employee returned the truck, he was asked for his personal debit card. I called the location once he returned to the office and the clerk there had the worst grammar and manners I have ever experienced. "I ain't got no access to that. You'll have to call customer service". My feelings were this: he shouldn't have access to the customers either if he can't speak properly. And why would I give my credit card info and it not be used??

We had to call U-Haul 6 times. They confirmed my rental, then called back 3 days later and said they didn’t have a truck. Then I called and booked another location 20 miles away. The morning of the move they hadn’t confirmed my reservation. I ended up with my furniture on the curb and no truck. A customer representative eventually found a truck 60 miles away. When we got there to pick it up, they hadn’t made the reservation one way. Our movers were standing around for hours with nothing to do waiting for us to bring the truck.
