The employee was very nice but the location is totally sketchy. You enter through a gate that takes you into what looks like a junkyard next to the actual address that is listed on uhaul website. The office is in a run down trailer. I had my son with me but as woman, there is no way I would enter by myself.

William SMy comments are not for the location but for the overall U-Haul experience. I rented a u-haul and added movers. I made all my u-haul choices pick the truck, location and time. I then picked my mover choice and paid for the service. When I went to get the truck there was no reservation. I called U-Haul back up and there was not a record of my reservation just the movers so I made a new reservation, When I showed up at the new location we were told we needed to called once again and they put me on hold for 45 min. I did not have any issue with the location because he was trying to help us. In the meantime I had movers showing up. We did have and equipment issue once we started driving on the road and the hood was not latched and flew up while driving. That could have been a disaster but were able to pull over safely. I arrived back to my home after an hour and a half delay. When I finally arrived there were no movers to be found. I had texted them that address but they went to my billing address on the card I used. After speaking to the owner that error should not have been a big deal as they were only 5 min from away. While discussing this he lost connection then did not answer my many calls or texts trying to get a hold of them. It put us in huge bind and my husband and I had to load the truck alone. After and hour and a half they finally called me back and and still wanted me to pay them. Needless to say I had a terrible experience. I have rented may trucks for U-Haul and have not had this problem but this was just awful. I ended having to rent another day because we lost so much time.
