Stay the same. The owner of Percision Rentals in Mount Sterling il is such a nice guy. He went out of is way to help and to make sure I got everything I needed for my move.
Gary SOwner was respectful and treated me well. He has a doggone that is kinda intimidating but he is a sweet dog. Highly recommend this location. Doesn't have a lot of truck inventory but runs it well
Brianna MOnly issues were uhaul app, didn't upload 24/7 pickup, everything else was right
Bonnie WCouldn't have done better, it was very convenient & everyone I talked to was professional & expedient. Thank you.
Steve PMy husband pulled his back out trying to pick up the tongue of the trailer. There has to be a better way - other than dropping the tongue on the ground on a slope.
Tammy MBETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES !!! THEY ALL TREATED ME POORLY AND DID NOTHING FOR ME EITHER! UHUAL SUCKS!!!!

Donald SWhen I rented I was to pick up in Rushville. I ended up having to drive a total of 60 extra miles because they said the one sitting in the lot in Rushville was unavailable. That is inexcusable. Bruce at Precision Rentals is one of the nicest guys I have met in a long time. He is truly an asset to U-Haul. U-Haul itself STINKS! When I rent in Rushville I pick up in Rushville. That part is PATHETIC!
Michael FBruce and Caleb went above and beyond to accommodate us!! Highly recommended!!
JOHN EThe truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas when picked up we returnedit withmore than it had to start. When we first returned the truck the site calculated over 100$ in fuel charges. These were reversed. Otherwise everything was great. Thanks
Jacob HYour website has issues that delayed my pickup, I set this up the day before I arrived & was very irrate, however I'm giving you 5stars as your staff was absolutely outstanding in making sure it got handled. Thanks & good job guys! Good people make all the difference.
Steven PI had to drive 45 miles one way to get my trailer.
JAMES WI had to hook up the trailer myself. No one checked to make sure the turn signals and brake lights worked. Unfortunately, I drove over 400 miles with no working brake lights and turn signals on the trailer. Also, the trailer was not in the Mt. Sterling location's inventory so that had to be rectified before I could rent the trailer.
Thomas SCustomer service was great!
Joan GCan't note anything that would need improvement. Customer service was above and beyond what was expected not that I expected any different. Thank you all at Uhaul for making our move uneventful. I have one more move and will be using Uhaul again.
LARRY SDid not have the rental equipment suite as reserved. Was not the original preferred location, Macomb, IL and a 2 hour rt diversion, believe it was not the fault of Precision Rentals but was corporate problem.
Edward LEarlier notification when equipment isn’t available at the preferred pickup location. Had to drive an hour out of my way after being notified the day before of change in location
Roland WBruce kept his doors open after hours to get me the correct trailer. We were sent to two other uhaul rental locations only to find out they didn't have the trailer we requested. And by the way. Your 6x12 utilitie trailer rear opening is NOT 6 foot. The bed is 6'. But when you drop the rear gate the opening to bed is only 5'. This caused a huge problem for my application. I waisted almost 3 hours running around out of my way in Missouri and illinois looking for a trailer.
Loretta Hmaybe getting some help hooking the trailer up would help.
Wayne BThe trailer was delivered to a location not previously agreed upon. The trailer was not functioning properly when first picked up. Light wiring was pulled out and visible, and extensive repairs were required to get the lights functioning again.
