My husband pulled his back out trying to pick up the tongue of the trailer. There has to be a better way - other than dropping the tongue on the ground on a slope.

Donald SWhen I rented I was to pick up in Rushville. I ended up having to drive a total of 60 extra miles because they said the one sitting in the lot in Rushville was unavailable. That is inexcusable. Bruce at Precision Rentals is one of the nicest guys I have met in a long time. He is truly an asset to U-Haul. U-Haul itself STINKS! When I rent in Rushville I pick up in Rushville. That part is PATHETIC!
