The only reason I said the personnel wasn’t helpful is because I returned while the business was closed so I just dropped off.

GARCIA KMy only complaint, is the lack of a jacking mechanism on the take along trailer. Even empty, its too heavy. I pulled muscles in my back, and still couldn't move it alone. It took 2 of us to lift and remove the trailer from my truck.
