BETTY KOnly issue i have is that I ran into an emergency and needed it and extra day and I explained i couldn't turn truck in cause it was loaded with my stuff and I had nowhere to put it and couldn't afford another payment i am having financial issues
Janell JYour website was down, nationwide. Your contact # 1-800-go-Uhaul was disconnected. Reservations were scrambled or cancelled for many. Some people renting a moving vehicle only got the truck or van for under 24 hours and had to return it sooner than a 24 hour period, while others got it for a full 24 hours but charged the same. Unacceptable. It was a shakedown for some of your customers, while storage thieves that work for Uhaul or for other storage companies conspire to pounce on the unsuspecting. No, I think you need to be out-of-business. Uhaul dealers were helping other Uhaul dealers to complete the shakedown of their customers belongings.
LORA HIf you don’t used U-Haul you must be crazy the equipment is user friendly, where else can you get better service other than U-Haul. bouy this is the best service I can ask anyone out there to consider in your next move.
Jacob NEverything with the location was fine. Our only issue was that the air conditioner was not working in the vehicle so the driving experience was very uncomfortable.

Edward MI drove 15 miles and filled up 1.5 gallons of gas before returning. I got home and looked at my receipt, which said I didn't add any gas. I was charged for 3 gallons at $15.68. I called the main U-Haul office to complain and waiting on a return call. Avoid this location.
Daniel LWas charged $46 for fuel, the van was return with same amount of fuel that I rented it with. This van had a Problem which doesn’t mark the fuel level until it takes off. I pointed this out to the attendant when I rented the vehicle.

robin mReview contract with customer before completing the transaction. Charged for Safe Move but did not want it. Did not realize until extending rental. This may not have been the fault of this location but had the contract been reviewed the charge would have been removed.

Stacey ONot where I reserved my truck. My reservation was in the next town. I Got zero notice that my truck was at this other location until I went to pick up at the gps wouldn’t confirm. Felt like I was on a wild goose chase to find the truck. Then the self checkout errored in step4 of 6, with no resolution. I just dropped the keys in the box, but I won’t use uhaul again.
