Whoever used this van prior to me must have done so in the rain because there was dried mud throughout the interior of the van. Specifically the driver's floorboard and bed of the van. However, it was certainly not a deal breaker. And even though I took detailed photos, I was still concerned that the cleaning of that rental would somehow get passed on to me. The gentleman I dealt with at Precision Tune was kind, friendly and helpful and made the experience of renting a U-Haul vehicle extremely easy.
