Precision Window Tinting is an excellent place to get your Uhaul. All the people there are fantastic! I have rented Uhaul equiptment there several times, and it the the easiest way to get fast professional service everytime. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for a pickup or return. Thanks Precision Window Tinting - you are the BEST hands down.
RORY GWhen you rent the Auto transporter. Make sure the chain lock carbineer can loosen up and lock properly.
RANDOLPH FThe truck smelled like burnt oil and the oil light came on. For the amount of money paid I expect a higher quality vehicle.

HOLLIS HThe entire customer service team in the Fresno area, including an area manager whose name I did not get, was excellent. I was a problem customer from the git go. needed a vehicle that wasn't available at the location I requested, but they found another location that had the vehicle I requested. I picked up that 10-foot box truck, only to realize hours later that it would be too small. I contacted the local customer service people who guided me through the process and quickly arranged for a larger truck. I was very impressed with the level of customer service.

MICHAEL STruck smelled heavily of smoke which was not disclosed until after we picked up the truck and called to request another vehicle. I was then told this was an ongoing issue with this vehicle. That The smell was strong and unable to be removed. That other customers had complained and had issues and that they were tired of dealing with it. This should have been disclosed prior to pick up. We picked up on a Friday and were told they were closing and had no other truck to swap. We asked to swap Monday. We were told we would be contacted when an alternative vehicle in our area was available. We were not.

Lesly AI had to have a fuse change beacsue the right blinker wasn't working and the check steering wheel light came on the first day of the rental. I told the customer service rep that and she didn't even bother to offer any compensation.
LEOLA PNo left light on tow dolly got a warning due too it. Don’t recommend it just rent one elsewhere.

JAY JBrakes on the truck need to be repaired. Rotors were warped causing truck to bounce heavily when stopping. I inform dealer.
TIMOTHY SLower mileage fees would be appreciated. The people at the location were very nice and helpful. The van was in perfect condition, comfortable and rode very nice.

ADRIANCHINO OI made my reservation... and then was called the day before and told the truck wasn't available and I'd need to drive nearly 30 minutes to get it (AND pay for all of the miles, even though I was being inconvenienced). She found a truck of a slightly larger size, much closer to me (yay!). Then, I got called an hour before my pick-up time, asking me to downsize so that another client could be helped. I was trying to arrange helpers, manage my budget (I'm a single mom moving alone), and move a whole household... the calls changing my reservation were unnecessary stress. THAT aside, the actual pickup at the Herndon location was wonderful. Hence, the "excellent" rating. I've picked up from Blackstone (Bullard area) in the past and it was an awful experience. This was totally different.
