The experience with U-Haul was terrific. From the initial phone call/contact to the turn in all systems were accommodating. even with the situation of having to cancel the transfer assistance (pulling a trailer for y'all) I found everyone very understanding and accommodating. Driving a 26-foot truck was scary but with common sense I was able to get the hand of it and it made it through the Mojave Desert and mountains of Arizona and New Mexico without a hitch. (Pun intended) Thank you for your team or company's professionalism and blue-ribbon service.
