Hey, just wanna report that was the worst U-Haul vehicle I ever rented, I picked it up. It was 2 miles left in the tank. Dirty windshield was filthy. It smelled like vomit and I told the lady at the office that I should at least get half off or inconvenience that I went through for that vehicle it was awful. Let me know if you could do anything too on your end. Thanks.

Great customer service, vehicle clean, excellent pickup location
Davena WTruck was filthy, air conditioner didn’t work and we couldn’t even access it for an hour because even though I added an additional driver at the time of booking, when I went to get keys, I had to wait for them to be verified, so we sat there an additional hour and then had to extend our truck return time.

From the initial phone call/contact to the turn in all systems were accommodating. even with the situation of having to cancel the transfer assistance (pulling a trailer for y'all) I found everyone very understanding and accommodating. Driving a 26-foot truck was scary but with common sense I was able to get the hand of it and it made it through the Mojave Desert and mountains of Arizona and New Mexico without a hitch.
