When we arrived to get the Uhaul, there were no pads inside even though we reserved 3 dozen. We went inside to ask about them and the person working was not very nice. She said, “oh, we don’t have those.” She did not offer a solution until we asked her what to do. She acted very annoyed, but called the other Premier location. I had to drive all the way to a different location to get the pads. Once there, they were irritated that I was not going to drive the pads back to them later. In addition to the pad situation, it took us 45 minutes to do the online check in! I had to walk through knee high weeds to get into a position to take a picture of the back of the truck. This was not a good way to start our 2 plus day move.
