Staff were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately the 6 x 9 inclosed trailer hadn't been cleaned out. After staff attached the trailer to my vehicle and lighting checked, I was left to do my walk around and pre-trip pictures. When I opened the cargo door, the floor was covered in animal hair, dander, dried skin with hair attached, and a jaw bone from an animal. I did attach a photo to the Uhaul pre-trip inspection.
